I build outbound systems for B2B companies - the data, the copy, the sending infrastructure, and the automation that keeps them running.

What I actually do

A company tells me who its best customer is. I turn that into a system that reaches them: sourcing and enriching the list, splitting the market into segments that deserve different messages, writing and wiring the copy, standing up the domains and inboxes, and building the checks that stop a bad row from reaching a real person.

How I work

Manual first, automated second. I run a segment by hand until it produces replies, then automate the parts that proved themselves. Most outbound fails because it was automated before it worked, not because the tooling was wrong.

Where I work

Most of my work runs through Prospeqt, where I handle several clients at once. I am based in Belgrade, Serbia, and work with teams across Europe and the US.
